Key debugging and operation method of 3051 series intelligent pressure transmitter

PCM3051C series intelligent pressure transmitter adopts the most mature capacitive sensor manufacturing technology today. The whole machine is manufactured after strict assembly and debugging. 2. Key operation of transmitter without LCD module


When the transmitter has no LCD module, the following operations can be performed by using the buttons S and Z on the circuit board.


2.1 Clear


Make sure that the transmitter is energized and in a zero-pressure state, press and hold the S button and the Z button for more than 5 seconds, then release the two buttons at the same time, press the two buttons at the same time again for about 3 seconds, the transmitter will press the current The pressure value is cleared.



2.2 Lower limit calibration (zero point active migration)


Make sure the transmitter is energized and under pressure at the lower limit of the range, press and hold the S button and the Z button for more than 5 seconds, then release the two buttons at the same time, press and hold the Z button again for about 3 seconds, the transmitter will use the current pressure as the range Lower limit, but the range of the transmitter will not change. For example: the range of the transmitter is 0-5kPa, and the current pressure is -1kPa. After performing this operation, the range of the transmitter becomes -1-4kPa.



2.3 Upper limit calibration (full point calibration)


Make sure the transmitter is energized and under pressure at the upper limit of the range, press and hold the S button and the Z button for more than 5 seconds, then release the two buttons at the same time, press the S button again for about 3 seconds, the transmitter will use the current pressure as the range The upper limit, but the lower limit of the transmitter's range will not change. For example: the range of the transmitter is 0-5kPa, and the current pressure is 4kPa. After performing this operation, the range of the transmitter becomes 0-4kPa.
