316L Stainless Steel Flush Diaphragm

The PCM1350 adopts a hygienic-grade 316L stainless steel isolation diaphragm. The flush-mounted diaphragm features a surface roughness of Ra < 0.38 μm, effectively minimizing medium adhesion.

Direct welding of the process connection eliminates additional gaskets, ensuring a dead-zone-free structure. The fill fluid is hygienically certified, preventing medium residue and cross-contamination. This design fully complies with aseptic requirements in food and pharmaceutical production environments.
